About Myself
Hi! I am Edward and I have been a part-time tutor for the past 2 years. I have taught over 15 students for various subjects. Being a very passionate person about teaching, I strive to bring out the best in the students that I teach and will always ensure that they are able to understand and apply the various concepts that they learn. It is also important to me that they are able to master various question types and answer questions appropriately based on different question requirements.
My Experience
I have taught over 15 students over the past 2 years. Primarily, I have been teaching 4 students H2 Computing for 1.5 years from midway through their first year in JC to the A Levels. Over a few months, I have taught 7 students with their private courses on programming with Python. I've also done a short teaching attachment with a learning center on programming with scratch for 5 children aged 8-11 years old. To give back to my community, I have done 3 free tuition activities lasting about 2-4 months each for disadvantaged students from 2 different Primary Schools on subjects such as Math, Science and English.
My Result
I obtained A1 for A Math, A1 for E Math, A1 for Combined Humanities, A1 for Physics, A2 for Chemistry, A2 for Biology, B3 for English for my O Levels. I have just completed my A Levels this year and am awaiting my results.
