I was previously a corporate communications and public relations professional and have since moved to full-time tuition. I have been tutoring since 2016 and have taught Secondary level English for 6 years and Primary level English for 7 years. Throughout the course of my work, I cover a range of industries while being an avid observer of current affairs, socioeconomic and political climates; a useful base of knowledge to address thematic questions. Inferential thinking, writing concisely and with purpose are integral skills which I strive to impart to my students. I am thorough and patient when administering lessons, while fine-tuning and simplifying concepts where students lack understanding. I consistently manage to tutor students from failing to passing as well as pushing those who do relatively well to maximise their potential.
