About Myself
I am a kind, patient, and understanding individual who strives to help others succeed. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently excelled in the English language, regularly topping both my class and cohort. Additionally, I have achieved the highest marks in literature, further demonstrating my command of language and analytical skills. My commitment to excellence has continued into my polytechnic studies, where I have consistently earned A's in my modules. I also have a solid background in math, with a strong grasp of the fundamentals and an ability to work through more complex problems. My foundation in math allows me to approach academic challenges with confidence and precision, ensuring I can break down concepts in a way that is easy to understand. I am enrolled in the Poly Foundation Programme, a special program designed for top students, where I have had the opportunity to skip ahead and dive deeper into my studies. This experience has helped me refine my ability to learn quickly and manage my time effectively, and it has also given me a unique perspective on education. I am now eagerly preparing to pursue a full-time diploma in Biomedical Engineering. I am excited about the possibility of blending my passion for learning with the practical skills I will gain through this program, and I hope to bring my experience and enthusiasm for education into tutoring, to help others reach their academic goals.
My Experience
I have gained hands-on tutoring experience by helping my younger brothers and friends' siblings with English Language and Math. Over the years, I've taken the initiative to teach them various aspects of these subjects, whether it's by giving them spelling tests, guiding them through grammar rules, or helping with writing and comprehension exercises in English. In Math, I provide assistance with foundational concepts, such as basic arithmetic, problem-solving strategies, and understanding key principles. I ensure that the learning process is both engaging and effective, adjusting my teaching methods based on their individual needs and learning styles. In addition to these one-on-one tutoring sessions, I also focus on building their confidence and study habits, encouraging them to ask questions and approach challenges with a positive mindset. Through consistent practice and constructive feedback, I have seen them make significant progress, and I take pride in being a part of their learning journey. This experience has not only strengthened my communication and teaching skills but also reinforced my passion for helping others succeed academically.
