Tutor Search Process
Our process allows you to secure the most ideal tutor across all levels and subjects. You can spend more time learning, and we’ll handle the rest. Here’s how it works:

Needs Analysis
To get going, we need to know a few things about the student: what subject does he or she need help in and the areas of concern, the level and availability of the student, as well as any other tutor requirements you may have. All these details will help us to find the perfect match for you.

The search and screening process
Upon receiving your request form or request via call or whatsapp, we will embark on a tutor screening process through our database or via the shortlist submitted by yourself. A stringent background check on their teaching credentials and qualifications will be conducted. To ensure that for current MOE teachers especially that, it matches their school and also their education certificates. For former school teachers, we will check on their NIE certificates and proof of teaching with MOE schools.

Proposal & Decision
We will send the list of tutors who fit the bill to you in order to take your pick from the options given. From there, check their credentials, read what other students are saying about them.

Have your first lesson
Found a tutor that you wish to engage? Let us know when you would like to commence and we will fix the first class for you. Lessons can be held either in person or online!
