About Myself
- Currently an undergraduate medical student at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine - Previously studied in Hwa Chong Junior College and Nanyang Girls High School - Obtained A for A Level H2 Chemistry and A Level H2 Biology - Was part of Gifted Academic Talent Programme for the Sciences
My Experience
- Previously taught 15 students from Secondary 3-4 - Students have improved 1-2 grades on average, and have not only gained insight into exam preparation tips but also confidence and love for learning - Parents and students have given me positive feedback that I am patient, encouraging and passionate about teaching - For my teaching style, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation and bridging my students’ gaps in understanding by addressing their misconceptions early - Prior to each lesson, I will prepare my own materials by curating past year practice questions and self-created notes with personalized tips to cater to my student’s needs and weaknesses - As I recently graduated from Junior College, I am familiar with the updated MOE O Level syllabus (2026) and examination question types - During Covid-19, I also had experience teaching online via platforms like Zoom and Google Meet

I attained A for H2 Chemistry, H2 Biology, H2 Mathematics and H2 Economics, as well as A for GP
