About Myself
I am a native Chinese speaker with a Master’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China. I currently teach Primary 2 to Primary 5 Chinese students in Singapore. I have experience in school, tuition-centre, one-to-one and small-group teaching. I am patient, structured and good at helping students with weak foundations build confidence and improve step by step.
My Experience
I have experience teaching Chinese in Singapore and China, including school, tuition-centre, one-to-one and small-group classes. In Singapore, I have taught at Mee Toh School and a local Chinese tuition centre, and I currently teach Primary 2 to Primary 5 Chinese students. My teaching covers vocabulary, character recognition, reading comprehension, oral communication, composition and exam skills. I use structured, step-by-step methods and adapt lessons to each student’s level and learning difficulties.
